Hi Jessica - Thanks for the post. I agree with you about the ACS and the FRG. The military (Army) has tons of awesome programs and things available to us. All we have to do is ask a question or talk to someone. Military One Source is another fantastic source - I would add their number to your cell phone and keep it all times 1-800-342-9647.

i'm a mom of 6yo and 7mo old girls. i think all kids should be able to meet horses, mules, and ponies at a young age. check out this place for kids parties, church events, or just because. www.jenkinsplace09.blogspot.com .

Hi. I just joined this group. I am sending my daughter to preschool for the first time next week at St. Johns Episcopal. Does anyone else have a child attending this preschool?

If you want help getting into the swing of things I recommend going to some of the classes threw ACS at the Soldier Support Center. They will open your mind to many possibilities in the military world. Also check out your FRG, it may or may not be well organized. All FRG's are different so don't judge all FRG's off your first experience if it's not a good one.

April 1st! I am lucky because I think that my husband will be here until Febuary at least. It definatly will be weird not having him here for the birth though. Hopefully I will get into the swing of how military life works soon.

Hello everyone. I am new to the Fayetteville area as well as to the Army life. I have an 11 and 7 year old and just found out that I am expecting again. I was hoping that somebody could refer me to a good OBGYN off-post that accepts tricare prime. (or is Womack a good facility to have babies at?) Any information would be greatly appreciated!!! :)
